Buenos Aires, December 9 (NA) – The National Commission for Household Work (CTCP) officially approved a 2.7% increase for November and December, applicable to the minimum hourly and monthly wages for domestic workers. The approval of this year's final increase comes more than 15 days after the collective bargaining agreement was reached, through Resolution 3/2025 published this Monday in the Official Gazette, as analyzed by the Argentine News Agency. The salary adjustment will be implemented in two stages: domestic workers' wages will see a 1.4% increase in November, based on the September wage level when the last raise was applied, and a 1.3% increase in December. These raises will be compensatory and applied cumulatively. Furthermore, it was agreed to pay extraordinary bonuses for November and December, which will become part of the base salary starting in January 2026, with differentiated amounts ranging from $6,000 to $14,000 depending on the weekly workload. The increase resulting from the collective bargaining negotiations between worker, employer, and public sector representatives did not include a raise for October, as the last 6.5% adjustment had been distributed across July, August, and September. Bonus amounts by weekly workload: Personnel with more than 16 hours per week: $14,000 for November and December. Personnel with 12 to 16 hours per week: $9,000 for November and December. Personnel with up to 12 hours per week: $6,000 for November and December. Argentina's National Commission approved a 2.7% wage increase for domestic workers, split into 1.4% in November and 1.3% in December. Bonuses of up to $14,000 were also agreed upon.
